A delegation from the Russian Napier-Genie Chile University on a scientific visit to the University of the El Oued.

Within the framework of cooperation and exchange between theUniversity of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar and the Russian University of  theNaberezhnye Chelny State, today the Rector of the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, and his Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations, Professor Guedda El-Habib, received the delegation of the Russian University, led by the President of the University, Professor Gualyak Pirova Alvynor. The delegation will assist the opening of the Russian corner for learning the Russian language at the Center for Intensive Language Education at the University of El Oued and will visit the Higher School of Desert Agriculture, the university business incubator, and the research center unit for renewable energies.
The Rector of the University of Napier Jenny Chilli, of Russia, will give a lecture on Russian language and culture on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 10:30 in the discussion hall of the Faculty of Economic Sciences.
