A Russian university scientific delegation is on a practical visit to El Oued University
Today, February 27, 2023, a Russian university scientific delegation arrived at Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University for a practical visit within the framework of cooperation between the two parties. The Russian delegation is led by the President of the Chelny Pedagogical University, Professor Alvinor, and Professor Sharafov Oleg. They were received by the Vice Rector for External Relations, Professor Gueddah Alhabib, in charge of media and communication, Dr. Reguig Abdallah, and in charge of press and publication, Dr. Khalifa guaid.
It is expected that the President of the Russian University will sign a twinning agreement with the Rector of El Oued University this evening. Tomorrow morning, Professor Galyak Perova Alvynor will deliver a lecture at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences.
