The Director of University Services, Jamal Qureshi, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, Dalal Wushan, welcomed on Monday, May 1st, 2023, at the residence of Saleh Hadda, the first group of Uzbek students from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages who came to learn Arabic at the Faculty of Arts and Languages, as part of the joint twinning agreement between the University of El-Oued and the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages. The Uzbek student delegation consists of three female students and a supervising professor. This first group of Uzbek foreign students is a pioneering exploration group dedicated to learning Arabic within a specified period before the end of the current academic season, followed by a second group of about 20 students at the beginning of the next academic season
