Rector of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University, Professor Omar Farhati and his accompanying delegation made a field visit to the various departments and workshops of the Technological Pole at the University of Nabergeni Chelny, Russia where the university Director provided him with detailed explanations about many modern and advanced technologies, their areas of use, and how to activate the research aspect in serving various needs.

The visit concluded with an evaluation meeting attended by the pedagogical and administrative officials of the University of Nabergeni Chelny, headed by the university president, Professor Galylak Berova.

At the end of the meeting it was announced that the Alagerian Foreign Ministry and Higher Education Ministry agreed the opening of  a language center to teach the Russian language in Algeria  and  El Oued  University can benefit from an accompaniment to teach the Russian language at the Intensive Education Center for Languages.

The university Director Pr. Galylak Berova also spoke about her desire to open a Russian-Algerian school in Algeria, which is inevitably subject to the approval of the concerned bodies. It was also proposed to teach the Arabic language in the future for Russian students.

Pr. Omar Ferhati  thanked the Director and the university staff for the warm reception and the tight organization of the forum, wishing to strengthen the relations between the two universities within the framework of joint research and scientific programs that benefit the students of the two universities
