Today, July 03, 2023, the Rector of Elchahid Hamma Lakhdar University, Professor Omar Farahati, announced that El Oued University will officially benefit from the Faculty of Medicine, which will open its doors to students in the next academic season 2023-2024.
The decision to install the medical annex came following the discussion of the new medical appendices file at the cabinet meeting chaired Sunday by the President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
The Rector of the University revealed the decision to benefit from the medical supplement when he supervised today the ceremony honoring the 5-star degree students, who numbered 491 honorable students. The Rector of the University pledged to enable the Faculty of Medicine to receive all the necessary educational, scientific and logistical support and to make it among the medical colleges at the national level.
