11 students and their supervising professor from Uzbekistan will study the Arabic language at the University of the El Oued soon on October 8th

On October 8, the Faculty of Literature and Languages at the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar will receive 11 students, and a supervising professor from Republic of Uzbekistan, which has a twinning and partnership agreement with the University of the El Oued in the field of student exchanges, pedagogy, and scientific research.

Today, October 4, 2023, the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, held a coordination meeting dedicated to organizing the process of receiving and accommodating guest students and reviewing the pedagogical program prepared to teach them the Arabic language and literature. The meeting session was attended by all concerned parties, represented by the Director of University Services, Professor Djamal koraicha, the Vice Rector for External Relations, Professor Guedda Elhabib, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Chaouki Mdallal, the Dean of the Faculty of Literature and Languages, Professor Dalal Ouchen, the Head of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature, Dr. Mesbahi Yassine, and the Sub-Director of Means and Maintenance.

The university director also proposed an additional activity program for the benefit of the guest students, which would include organizing cultural and recreational activities and visits to the most important tourist and cultural attractions in the region.
