Today, Saturday, November 19, 2022, the University of El Chahid Hamma Lakhdar El Oued organized a training day on entrepreneurship, as part of the celebration of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which Algeria is celebrating this year under the slogan “Let us build together a strong entrepreneurship ecosystem for.”
The activity was opened on behalf of the Rector of the University, Prof. Omar Farhati, his vice-rector in charge of scientific research, Prof.Boubaker Mansour, who welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of these formative meetings, which would produce for us a pioneering students.
Prof .Boudjelkha Hamza Al wathik Billah ,in his formative lecture” Algeria venture” stressed on the importance of startups at this particular time and how to obtain the label of a startup and an innovative project, he also explained on the characteristics of the startups and the most important differences between them and young companies.
Prof.Abdelaoui Moufid, Director of the House of Entrepreneurship, in his intervention focused on the need to benefit from the meetings with specialists, and also the need to attend the training courses offered by the House of Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Farhat Mohamed Fouad, Director of the University Business Incubator, stressed the great role played by the incubator in adopting entrepreneurial projects for students, and it has provided large spaces for this, the most prominent incubated projects and the number of patents obtained, which made it occupy leading ranks at the national level.
The student Boubaker Abdel-Rahmane presented a realistic model and presented his experience that started from an idea at the bachelor’s stage to turn into a graduate thesis in the master’s degree then into a young company that provides addition in its environment.
At the end of the formative day, Prof.. Boubaker Mansour stressed that the university will remain an incubator for creativity and innovation by helping and accompanying students to establish their own projects. He thanked the honorable attendance, especially the students, in addition to the economic and social partners and media men.
