The Secretary-General of the University oversees working sessions on human resources for the faculties.
Dr. ChoukI Mdalal, the Secretary-General of the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhder in El Oued, supervised dedicated working sessions in his office and held multiple meetings with the general secretaries of faculties, the sub-director for employees Dr. Abnna Kais, heads of departments for faculty employees, and the head of the administrative and technical staff. These sessions were specifically focused on the management of human resources across all faculties.
The purpose of the sessions was to examine the status of the distribution of administrative and technical staff as well as department employees across the faculties and to regulate this distribution. The goal also included optimizing the use of specialized positions within the faculties.
