Pioneering entrepreneurial journalists
Today, December 7, 2022, the Audiovisual Club of the Department of Media and Communication of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Ecahid Hamma University, hosted a forum on media work at the Al-Tidjini Hotel, directed to students of media and communication, and those interested in the field.
The Vice Rector in charge of training and scientific research, Professor Boubaker Mansour inaugurated this activity on behalf of the Rector of the University. The Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Gharaysa Ammar, also welcomed the attendees, wishing the forum success.
According to the head of the Department of Media and Communication, Dr. Guedda Hamza, the forum aims to support the training of students in the field and encourage them to enter the media market by establishing their own projects to create young institutions that contribute to the creation of wealth.
Dr. Mohamed Doumir, the inventor and one of the prominent influencers in the Arab world, participated in the activation of the forum, who talked about his media success story even though he is a veterinarian and talked about his education at the Al-Jazeera Media Institute. He also gave directions and advice to students.
Ms. Malika Djabbari, Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the Tunisian TV, gave a training intervention on the techniques of news, reporting and television presentation. In turn, Professor Dr. Zohir Al-Tahat, Professor of Communication at Yarmouk University and Director of Yarmouk FM Radio, delivered a remote intervention on digital media.
On the occasion, the golden microphone jury for voice commentary, consisting of Dr. Fatima Al-Zahraa Qaita, a professor of media at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at El Oued University and Laagab Laid media professor and editor-in-chief of the news department at El Oued Radio, announced the results of the golden microphone competition, the student Ben Ali Abdallah won the first place followed by the student Sawaleh Hamim Mohammedd, in the second place, then the third place was returned to the student Boudiyar Salma.
