Within the framework of his official visit in Napier-Gen Chelni , the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation, the  Rector of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University – El Oued – Professor Omar Farahati and his accompanying delegation on Thursday, April 27, 2023 were  received by the Rector of the University, Professor Galylak Berova and her administrative staff .

It was an opportunity to visit the exhibitions held on the occasion of the annual pedagogical forum organized by the university.

Professor Omar Ferhati  made a press statement to the media, where he touched on the relationship between the two universities, which is considered an extension of the distinguished relationship between the two friendly countries, Algeria and Russia. He also emphasized the value of this relationship and its development into a true partnership
