A national formative forum on “The System of Public Procurements between Text and Application” at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, El Oued University
On Monday, March 13, 2023, the Faculty of Law and Political Science at El Oued University organized a national formative forum on “The System of Public Procurements between Text and Application.”
The forum was opened by the Rector of the University, Prof. Omar Farahati, who welcomed the attendees and expressed to the organizers his happiness for their good choice of this type of important and useful topics. He also wished them success and announced the opening of the Forum.
The formative event was attended by the vice Rectors of the university, the general secretary of the university, the deans of the faculties, the disbursement orders, the general secretaries of the faculties, the opening and evaluation committees of the university and faculties, and the Directorate of University Services. Also present were professors, financial experts, Mr. Hamana Abdelaziz from the Wilaya of Guelma, an expert in the subject of public transactions, and Mr. Bedjaoui Abdel razzak expert at the General Inspectorate of Finance and other professors.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Dr. Makki Daradji, welcomed the attendees, and expressed the great importance of the forum. And the director of the forum, Dr. Elias Djawadi, gave a speech in which he praised all the participants and the intervening professors from outside the wilaya, highlighting the importance of this useful training day, and wished success to this forum.
The forum mainly focus on the specifications and the pre and post control of public procurements in the virtual court, the it seeks to link the university institution with its economic environment by explaining important aspects related to the preparation of the specifications, internal and external control, the control of the General Inspectorate of Finance.
The course of the forum will continue over two days in the form of workshops and interventions. It is provided that the work ends with practical recommendations.
