Today, Monday, January 15, 2024, the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar participated at the University of Ouargla in the awareness days activities on memo projects and those registered within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275, which is supervised by members of the National Coordinating Committee for the Follow-up of Innovation and Business Incubators, over the course of two days, the 15th and 16th of this month, and as the University El Oued was represnted by the Vice Rector of the University for Pedagogy, Professor Bachir Manai, Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat, in charge of external relations, the director of the business incubator, the deputy deans for studies, and department heads

This campaign aims to introduce Ministerial Resolution 1275 – Certificate – Start-ups – Patent Certificate and to enrich the discussion around it to facilitate its implementation process. This Resolution 1275 comes within the framework of the keenness of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamal Badari on improving the performance of scientific research, and exploiting the scientific and cognitive mission in revitalizing the national economy and advancing the social and economic development of the nation
The pedagogical track for the academic year 2022/2023 was also evaluated at all scientific and technical levels, and a discussion took place about all the very important proposals of the meeting.
