ElOued’s university director honors The Mauritanian student
The university director honors the outstanding Mauritanian student and researcher, Mohammed Ould Hemrou, who recently defended his thesis to obtain a PhD in political and cultural history at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the Shahid Hamah Lakhdar University in El Oued, entitled “Waqf Architecture in the Western Islamic World from the 5th to the 9th Century AH”. This came on the sidelines of the 67th anniversary celebration of Student Day in 1956/2023. The honor also included students who participated in various sports, scientific, and cultural activities.
