The Rector of El Oued University meets with the members of the National Union of Higher Education Professors

Today, September 26, 2023, the Rector of the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, met with the president and members of the office and council of the National Union of Higher Education Professors of the university.
This meeting falls within the framework of periodic meetings organized by the University Rector with the social partner to discuss various items that concern university family . The meeting was attended by the university’s vice rectors in charge of pedagogy, external relations, development and foresight, the university’s secretary-general, the sub- director of cultural, scientific and sporting activities, the sub-director of employees, and, on the part of the members of the social partner, the head of the union, professors Gediri Abdel Karim, and members Slimani Hamza, Salim Daha, Zugdi Mohammed Al-Salah, Hadj Saad Salim,Masai Aoun Mohammed Al-Salah, Aouin Belkacem, Latofa Yassine, Nasr Daou, Lajdal Ibrahim, Ndewi Mohammad Abdel Hamid and Laila Khenich

The two parts disscussed a number of important points that concern the social partner, including the file of settling the administrative and financial situation related to professors, promotions, research projects, the housing file, the pedagogical and professional conditions of the professor, and participation in various committees, in addition to addressing the status of laboratories, scientific and pedagogical equipment, doctorates, publications and magazines, university sports,
and new projects, training the English language, placing the work certificate and salary on the employee’s website, etc. At the conclusion of the meeting, the head of the union, Professor Abdal karim Guediri, thanked the university’s rector, his deputies, and the administrative staff for the spirit of responsibility and all the efforts they are making. On the other hand, the University Rector indicated that everyone who makes a qualitative addition to the advancement of the university will be given the opportunity, thanking the university family and all those who contribute to making the university a high level.
