Today, March 30, 2023, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamal Badari, at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, supervised the signing ceremony for 13 certificates of commitment between 8 medical faculties and annexes affiliated to thirteen universities. Prof. Omar Farhati signed the commitment protocol of the medical annex of El Oued University.

the ceremony was in the presence of the rectors of the universities concerned with signing and the deans of the faculties of medicine.

The concerned universities are : University of El Oued, University of Saida, University of M’sila, University of Adrar, University of Biskra, University of Djelfa, University of Boumerdes, University of Tipaza, University of Tiaret, University of Chlef, University of Mascara, University of Oum El Bouaghi and the University of Skikda.
