Appointment of Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat as Vice-Rector of El Oued University in charge of External Relations
Today, Sunday, December 17, 2023, the Rector of the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, appointed Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat as Vice Rector in charge of external relations, succeeding Professor Guedda Elhabib , who was appointed director of the Higher School of Desert Agriculture.
The assignment ceremonies took place during the meeting dedicated to student mobility and preparation for the first semester exam, in the presence of the Vice -Rectors , the director of the Higher School of Desert Agriculture, the Secretary-General of the University, the deans of faculties and their deputies in charge of pedagogy, the heads of departments, the officials of fields, divisions, and specializations, the sub-director of means and maintenance, and student representatives.
The University Rector praised the great efforts made by his former deputy throughout the years he held the position. He also praised the seriousness and activity of the new appointed Director of the Business Incubator.
Both Professor Guedda Elhbib and Dr. Farhat Mohamad Fouad gave speeches in which each of them expressed the achievements achieved by the University of El Oued.
On the occasion, Professor Guedda Elhbib , Director of the Higher School of Desert Agriculture, was also honored by the University Rector for his efforts and effectiveness during his tenure as Vice -Rectorin charge of the Directorate of Foreign Relations.
