The Rector of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University, Professor Omar Farhati, participated in the International educational forum  “Education: Facts and Prospects” at Naberezhnye Chelny Pedagogical University. The forum gathered more than a thousand participants from different regions of Russia and foreign countries (Algeria, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, India, Iran, China, Turkey).

The Rector of the University gave an intervention in which he introduced the university and the Algerian higher education system, and also praised the distinguished Algerian-Russian relations throughout the history of the common struggle. As for the intervention of the Vice Rector for External Relations and Cooperation, Professor Guedda Elhabib, he devoted it to presenting the university’s strategy in international openness, which is considered one of the priorities that The university administration focused on. He gave a presentation on the various effective international agreements and programs that serve knowledge and scientific research
