Commissioned by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, during the Council of Ministers held today, October 1, 2023, we are honored to convey to you, and through you, to all the actors of the university family, the highest expressions of thanks, for all the efforts made to make the Algerian university a real maker of knowledge and economic development at the local and national levels, We also convey to you the directives of Mr. President on the necessity of linking Algerian universities with their counterparts abroad through twinning, with the aim of developing efforts and perceptions in the field of research and higher education.
