El Oued Judicial Council organizes a study day on combating crimes committed on the occasion of the final exams for intermediate education and the baccalaureate at Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University

Today, May 29, 2023, the El Oued Judicial Council, at the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar, organized a study day on combating crimes committed on the occasion of the final exams for intermediate education and the baccalaureate, in the presence of the representative of the governor of the Wilaya, the Secretary General of the state, the vice president of the Judicial Council , and the university Rector Professor Omar Farhati, the civil and military authorities of the Wilaya, the director of education, the head of El Oued Department, the judiciary family, the revolutionary family, the education executives and the university executives, the Vice Rectors , the dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, and the media family.

Mr. Ali Rabah, Secretary-General of the Wilaya, opened the event, welcoming the attendees, thanking those in charge of this event, the judiciary family, the university and educational family, for the great importance of combating the phenomenon of academic fraud in its various formsand he indicated the keenness of the governor of the wilaya on all organizational conditions and that it take place in conditions Good, he also called on everyone to contribute to combating the phenomenon, wishing success for this study day.

The Rector of the University, Professor Omar Farhati, gave a special welcome to the attendees, thanking the judiciary family for the positive role and its effective awareness meetings, and this important educational role played by the judiciary family and its tasks in protecting the individual, society, institutions and the state.

He also extended his sincere thanks to all the security forces, the revolutionary family, the education family, and the heads of the centers for their constant keenness and follow-up to all the results, headed by the governor of the wilaya. The Attorney General, Mr. Mourabet Belkhair, gave a speech to reduce this prominent negative phenomenon in recent years, thanking the Rector of the University for embracing this event and his constant accompaniment.

The event included several interventions, the first intervention entitled “Different Images of Cheating in Exams” by Mr. Captain Thamer Yassin and the second “Means Used in Cheating” by Mr. Zubia Hamza, the Chief Police Officer. As for the third intervention, entitled “Penalties for Cheating in Examinations,” by Mr. Zumali Noureddine, the representative of the Republicn agent at El Oued Court, and the fourth,” the administrative penalties prescribed for crimes of cheating in examinations”, by Mr. Faradi Al-Faudel, Secretary-General of the Directorate of Education in El Oued.
