The conclusion of the national formative forum on “The System of Public Procurements between Text and Application” at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, El Oued University

Today, Tuesday, March 14, 2023, the activities of the National Training Forum on the Public Procurement System were concluded at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University – El Oued

The event was distinguished by the presentation of practical interventions that included direct questions presented by Professor: Cherif Bonifla, Financial Controller in Biskra, entitled” Adapted Procedures”, and another intervention presented by Professor Abderazzak Bedjaoui, from the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance, entitled”Control of the General Inspectorate of Finance and the Control of the Accountability Council”.

The sessions of the forum included serious discussions that benefited the employees of the university, university services and some other sectors such as education and local communities. In conclusion, the Dean of the College, Prof. Darraji Maki , gave a concluding speech in which he thanked the intervening professors who touched on topics that influenced the discussion and answered many questions. He also thanked the attendance of the university executives and employees working in the field of public transactions for attending. He stressed that after the great success of the forum, the Faculty sets similar national training forums and workshops in public procurements in the near future. After that, certificates were distributed to the participants, and the activities of the forum were concluded.
