Sub-direction of Personnel and   Training Its responsibility is to :

 Manage the ranks of the staff of the rectorate and common services and those whose appointment is the responsibility of the rector of the university,
Develop and implement plans for the training, development and retraining of administrative, technical and personnal service of the university,
 Ensure the management of the university staff and their harmonious distribution among faculties, institutes and annexes,
 Coordinate the development and implementation of the university’s human resource management plans
