“El Oued University Welcomes Russian Language Professor
In the afternoon of January 25, 2024, Professor Bulat Garifullm arrived on a training mission from Naberezhnye Chelny University in Russia to El Oued University. He is set to teach Russian language courses starting next Saturday at the central library of the university.
Under the guidance of the University rector, Professor Omar Farhati, the vice rector for External Relations, the Director of the Intensive Language Education Center, and the Central Media and Communications Cell of the University were present to welcome the envoy from Naberezhnye Chelny University. Dr. ChoukrI Elias, the translator, was also in attendance.
The Russian language teaching initiative falls within the framework of the twinning agreement between El Oued University and Naberezhnye Chelny University, which includes the establishment of a Russian section at the Intensive Language Education Center.”
