Meeting of the Administrative Council  of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University El Oued

Today, November 21, 2023, in the meeting room of the Central Administration, Administrative Council  of El Oued University was chaired by the representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Hlailat Mohammed Al-Taher, in the presence of the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, his Vice-Rectors, The  members of the administrative Council, deans of faculties, and representatives of students and employees.

The meeting was according to the agenda:

Presentation of the pedagogical and research outcomes

-The budget 2023.

-The draft initial budget 2024.

-Other points.

The Chairman, Professor Hlailat opened the session, welcoming the members of the Council, then the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, who in his  turn welcomed the Chairman and all the members.

Then Vice -Rectors made their  presentations:

  – The Vice -Rector of the University in charge of  Pedagogy, Professor Bachir Mannai, made a comprehensive presentation on all the statistics of the university in the pedagogical part,

 -The Vice -Rector of the University in charge of  Scientific Research, Professor Boubaker Mansour, made a presentation on the formation and post-graduation for scientific research, scientific production PRFU  and the IPPM23 International conference competitions and exhibitions that will took place on December ,11,12,13,2023

– The representative  of  External Relations directorate , Dr Mahmoudi Abdelkadder, gave a summary for the activities of external relations, cooperation, communication and scientific activities and international cooperation projects with the aim of improving the university’s vision and encouraging exchanges.

The Vice -Rector of the University in of development and perspective, Dr. Zaabi Amar  presented  the development of the number the students and professors, the capacity of the university, and equipment and operations that have been completed or in the process of being complete

-The Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Mdallal Chawki gave a presentation on the university’s budget, represented in the management status for the year 2023 and the management budget for the year 2024

  finally  the President of the Council referred the word to the members and opened a discussion and explanations.

In conclusion, the Chairman, Professor Hlilat Mohammed Al-Taher, praised the great efforts made by the Rector of the University, Professor Omar Farhati, at all levels to develop the university and the results achieved. He also thanked all the university family, professors and students, workers and employees.
