Handing over training certificates to 45 employees at El Oued

Today, July 10, 2023, the Rector of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University, Professor Omar Farahati, supervised the ceremony of handing over training certificates to the executives and employees of El Oued University.

These executives and employees have undergone training courses by Souf Academy School in the framework of a partnership with the university represented by the General Secretariat through the Training Department.

About 45 trainees have benefited from these courses, including the general secretaries of the faculties, sub-directors, heads of departments and university employees, the training courses touched : management based on results, statistical analysis of data, organization and management of libraries, applications related to the management of human resources, and the cycle of organic law related to financial laws and applied texts.

The Rector of the University gave a speech to the audience, where he commended this qualitative training organized in coordination with the Souf Academy School, thanking the Head of the Training Department at the university for the efforts made and the university staff for reaching the university to the high rank, calling for the intensification of other training courses.

For their part, the two vice rectors of the university in charge of external relations, Guedda Elhabib, and in charge of training and scientific research, Prof. Boubaker Mansour, praised this batch formed and considered that the qualitative training that these executives and employees received would raise the level of performance and the quality of management. In his speech, the Principal of Souf Academy thanked the Rector of the University for his efforts and the university family for the mobility that the university is witnessing. He congratulated the Rector of the University on the Medicine annex , calling for the best provision in the quality of training, pointing to a number of other training courses that the university staff can benefit from.
