El Oued University hosts the opening ceremony of the scouting season

Today, October 21, 2023, the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar hosted the official opening of the scout season.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Algerian Islamic Scouts, Mr. “Abdrahmane Hamzaoui,” accompanied by the Wali of El Oued, Mr. “Said Akhrouf,” supervised the official opening of the 2023/24 season under The slogan “Volunteering promotes development” and in the presence of the Vice Rector of the University in charge  scientific research, Professor Boubaker Mansour, the Chairman of the State Popular Council, members of the Security Committee, the representatives of the national and local elected councils, the Secretary General of the Wilaya, the Head of the El Oued District, the Vice President of the Municipal People’s Council of the El Oued Municipality, Frames of the General Command of the Algerian Islamic Scouts, the President of the National Association for Voluntary Work, the governor of the Algerian Islamic Scouts of the Wilaya  of El Oued, the deans and leaders of the scout regiments, the buds of scouts in El Oued .

Theatrical performances were presented in solidarity with our people in Gaza, and a cooperation agreement was signed with the National
