Meeting of the Administrative Council of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University El Oued
Today, December 12, 2022, in the meeting room of the Central Administration, Administrative Council of El Oued University was chaired by the the representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Hlilat Mohammed Al-Taher, in the presence of the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, his Vice-Rectors, members of the Council, deans of faculties, and representatives of students and workers.
The meeting was according to the agenda:
Presentation of the pedagogical and research outcomes 2022/2023
-Additional budget 2022.
-The draft initial budget 2023.
– Foundation project within the framework of the ESAGOF project.
-Other points.
The Chairman, Professor Hulailat opened the session, welcoming the members of the Council, then the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, who in turn welcomed the Chairman of the and all the members.
Vice -rectors made a presentations:
– The Vice -Rector of the University in charge of Pedagogy, Professor Bachir Mannai, made a comprehensive presentation on all the statistics of the university in the pedagogical part,
-The Vice -Rector of the University in charge of Scientific Research, Professor Boubaker Mansour, made a presentation on the formation and post-graduation for scientific research.
– The Vice -Rector of the University in charge of External Relations, Professor Gueddah Al-Habib, gave a summary for the activities of external relations, cooperation, communication and scientific activities in order to improve the vision of the university and encouraging exchanges.
The Vice -Rector of the University in of development and perspective, Dr. Lassoued abdellhalim presented the development of the number the students and professors, the capacity of the university, and equipment and operations that have been completed or in the process of being complete
-The Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Mdallal,Shawki gave a presentation on the university’s budget, represented in the management status for the year 2022 and the management budget for the year 2023, –Professor Issadi Faris, head of the quality cell, for the institution’s project, which is considered one of the basic projects on which it is based made a presentation about the university and its future prospects .
Then the President of the Council referred the word to the members and opened a discussion and explanations.
In conclusion, the Chairman, representative of, Professor Hlilat Mohammed Al-Taher, praised the great efforts made by the Rector of the University, Professor Omar Farhati, at all levels to develop the university and the results achieved. He also thanked all the university family, professors and students, workers and employees.
