On November 16, 2022, the Rector of the University of El Chahid Hamma Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farahati, chaired meeting of the Scientific Council of the University,

The meeting was attended by vice-rectors, in charge of pedagogy, in charge of higher education In the third cycle and university habilitation, scientific research and higher formation in post-gradation

 scientific research and training in the third phase, in charge of development and foresight, as well as members of the Scientific Council and the head of the Networks Department.

The meeting discussed the points included in the agenda presented by the Rector of the University after an introductory presentation. The agenda included several important points as university admission, the project presentations and Doctoral Examination Procedures, the digitization, the local committee and sub-committees for digitization at faculties level, the training in English language for teachers .
