El Oued University.. the first nationally to grant its students the “five-star student” certificate
Today, January 23, 2023, Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University achieved a new success This well-deserved success is reflected in the granting of a “5-star student” certificate to seven of its distinguished students, which made it the first university at the national level to grant this certificate to its students
Mr. Bouchaar Marzouk Fahim, Vice President of the Regional University Committee for the East in Constantine, supervised the coronation ceremony and the distribution of a 5-star student certificate to the seven students, accompanied by the Rector of the University, Professor Omar Farhati, in the presence of the Vice-Rectors, deans of faculties, and a group of university executives, professors, and students .
According to the Rector of the University, Professor Omar Farhati, the process of 5-star student certification falls within the new directions of the Ministry, and it was established in accordance with Resolution No. 1410 dated 9/22/2022. The local committee for the certificate of a five-star student at the university of El Oued was established by Resolution No. 19/2022 and headed by Dr. Faraj Abdel Hamid .
the seven students reached five stars out of a total of 88 students . The rector also explained that this certificate would enable its holder to benefit from grants for study and internships outside the country.
The students who received a 5-star student certificate are:

3- Tilily Mohammed Djamel, Faculty of Technology
4- Ghozlan Morad, Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences

6- Bahri Adam, Faculty of Technology
7- Achab Khemisi, Faculty of Law and Political Science
